At Ohio Metal Products, we are proud to offer a full line of additional manufacturing processes to fulfill our clients' individual needs. Many different secondary machining operations are available, including milling, drilling, threading, honing, vibratory deburring, broaching, and centerless grinding. With our long machining history, we have a diverse array of machining specialties. We operate a complete secondary machining department, with screw machines, CNC turning machines, bending, and a subassembly department. And to help keep our clients competitive in the manufacturing world, we provide many different value added services. We offer customer inventory stocking, special packaging, J.I.T. / Kanban systems, and engineering evaluation & assistance. The experts at our facility also provide prototyping and product development, and our expertise covers a number of different materials. We work with copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, and many different types of steel, as well as non-metals such as plastic, phenolic, glass, fabrics, and reinforced paper. And we are pleased to provide whatever finishing our clients need, including heat treating, plating, cleaning, degreasing, automated parts washing, and rust inhibitors.
